New NanoESCA MARIS

The next generation photoemission analyzer NanoESCA MARIS allows to perform both, Momentum and Real Space Imaging Spectroscopy. The instrument has been delivered before Christmas and was finally installed at PGI-3 in February 2024 by an expert from Scienta Omicron. From now on, scientists from PGI-3 will carry out photoemission orbital tomography experiments for the „Orbital Cinema“ project funded by the European Research Council (ERC).
